Determining Ability Scores
All characters start creation with 25 Creation Points to buy up abilities. Point cost depends on the Ability Score.
No Score can go below 7 before racial minuses.
Max HP at Level 1 and Max -1 every level after.
All player characters start the game with two Traits. When selecting traits, you may not select more than one from the same list of traits (the four basic traits each count as a separate list for this purpose). Only Traits from the Pathfinder Advanced Player’s Guide may be used, with the exception of the Campaign Traits.
A Reason for each Trait must be justified in your characters backstory.
Characters get a number of Action Points per level equal to 3 + 1/2 Character Level (Rounded Down).
Action Points can be used to alter a D20 roll and can be used before or after the roll is made.
When you spend an action point, you add the result of a roll of 1d6 to your d20 roll to help you meet or exceed the target number for the roll. You can declare that you are spending an action point after you have already rolled the d20, but you must do so before the DM reveals the result of your roll (whether the attack roll or check or saving throw succeeded or failed). You can’t use an action point on a skill check or ability check when you are taking 10 or taking 20.
If your character level is 8th or higher, you can roll more than one d6 when you spend an action point. If you do so, apply the highest result and disregard the other rolls. As a 15th-level character, for example, you can roll 3d6 and take the best result of the three.

Each player character begins play with 1 hero point, regardless of their level. In addition, whenever a character gains a level, they earn an additional hero point. A character can have no more than 3 Hero Points at one time.

Gaining Hero Points
Writing a backstory for your character will grant you a bonus Hero Point.
Completing Plot Arcs for your character will grant you a bonus Hero Point.
“Certain events” may grant you hero points.
